AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier operates in irrigation equipment, water-and-fertilizer products, agricultural robots, IoT equipment, drip irrigation, pipes, and related engineering services. It reports documented procedures for corrective and preventive actions, customer complaints, supplier assessment, and finished-product inspection. Production information states an annual capacity of 1,000 center-pivot and lateral-move irrigation system sets, with flexible customization and ODM/OEM services. Export experience is stated at 12 years, with exports representing 31%–40% of sales and self-operated import/export rights. However, the supplier reports no valid manufacturing-capacity contract with affiliated subcontractors, no inventory, overseas warehouse, overseas showroom, or overseas agent/branch, and no SDK. Evidence of formal certifications, financial credibility, and specific customer cases is insufficient.

Supplier typeThe supplier is a manufacturer and service provider covering irrigation machinery, intelligent irrigation and IoT equipment, agricultural robots, drip-irrigation products, pipes and fittings, plus irrigation engineering design and related sales activities. Its stated scope includes research and development, production, installation, sales, and after-sales service, supporting classification as an integrated irrigation-equipment supplier.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier has documented corrective and preventive action and customer-complaint procedures with implementation records, and its business scope includes after-sales service. However, it reports no overseas warehouse, showroom, agent, or branch, and no overseas service countries, indicating limited directly evidenced overseas service infrastructure.

R&D capabilityThe supplier states research and development capabilities across multiple irrigation products, agricultural robots, intelligent irrigation, IoT equipment, and drip irrigation, and offers ODM services. It also provides flexible customization, although no SDK is available; overall, the stated R&D and ODM scope supports an innovation capability assessment.

Production capacityAnnual productivity is stated as 1,000 sets for center-pivot and lateral-move irrigation systems, with a named welding-line facility and standardized finished-product inspection instructions. Nevertheless, the supplier reports no valid manufacturing-capacity contract with affiliated subcontractors, so capacity assurance through those subcontractors is not established.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly reports flexible customization and provides ODM services, while also offering OEM services for well-known brands. These statements directly support the ability to adapt products or manufacture to customer or brand requirements.

Product Q&A

Q:What kinds of pivots does IRRITECH produce?

We produce fixed center pivots, towable center pivots, and lateral move systems. Fixed systems have one stationary end, towable pivots have wheels for tractor towing, and lateral move systems work linearly.

Q:What is the warranty period for your products?

Warranty covers electrical equipment for 1 year, gearboxes and gear motors for 10 years or 10,000 working hours, galvanized equipment for 15 years against corrosion, and tires and rims for 3 years.

Q:How much does the equipment cost?

Pricing depends on the machine type, water source, land data, and crops. We determine necessary sprinklers and provide a quote based on your specific requirements.

Q:What are your payment terms?

We accept 30% down payment by T/T or 70% by L/C or T/T before shipment.

Q:How long does manufacturing and shipping take?

Time depends on quantity and specifications. Some machines are in stock, but special orders take longer. Lateral move systems take more time, especially with ditch feed requirements.
