Blast and vibration monitoring requires capturing the full 3D movement of the ground particle velocity. A 3-channel seismograph is paired with a single triaxial geophone, which houses three orthogonal sensors inside a single block: Vertical (V) measures up-and-down motion, Transverse (T) measures horizontal motion perpendicular to the blast, and Radial (R) measures horizontal motion pointing directly toward the blast source.

Manual data collection is highly inefficient for long-term projects. We offer an internal 4G/5G cellular modem that automatically emails or texts the PPV data, frequency, and waveform to the project manager.

Blasting is a single, explosive event lasting seconds, whereas pile driving, heavy traffic, or compaction is continuous. Seismographs must handle both effectively.
