In general cases, we can deliver standard machines to our clients within 15 days. We have abundant resources to check stock locally and nationwide, ensuring timely delivery. By contrast, manufacturers usually need more than 30 days to produce ordered equipment.

Our team consists of a group of diligent and dynamic professionals working around the clock to address client inquiries at all times. Most issues can be resolved within 8 hours, whereas manufacturers typically take far longer to provide a response.

Normally we accept T/T, L/C and occasionally DP payment terms. (1) For T/T terms: A 30% advance deposit is required upfront. The remaining 70% balance shall be settled before shipment, or against the copy of the original Bill of Lading for our long-term cooperative clients. (2) For L/C terms: We accept 100% irrevocable L/C without soft clauses issued by internationally recognized banks. Please consult your dedicated sales manager for further advice.

Basicalyour price remans stable through the year, We only adust our pricebasedon two situations: (1) The rate of USD: RMB varies significantly according to the interational currency exchange rates (2)Manufacturers/factoriesadjusted the machine price, because of the increasing labor cost and raw material cost.
