Q:Which pipe sizes fit this elbow?

Choose by the actual outside diameter of your PE pipe. Listed options are: 20 mm, 25 mm, 32 mm, 40 mm, 50 mm, 63 mm, 75 mm, 90 mm, 110 mm. Confirm the exact size combination before ordering.
Q:What is the pressure rating, and can I use it with warm water?
A:
At 20 C, the catalogue rating is PN16 for 20-63 mm PE pipe sizes and PN10 for 75-110 mm sizes. Do not assume these ratings apply at higher temperatures. Send the operating temperature, pressure and medium for selection.
Q:Is this a compression fitting or a solvent-weld fitting?
A:
This model uses mechanical compression connections for PE pipe. Select by actual pipe outside diameter; do not assume the same nominal size will fit a PVC solvent-weld or PPR fusion system.
Q:Does installation require welding or solvent cement?
A:
The compression nut activates the grip ring and sealing element, without heat fusion equipment or solvent cement at the PE compression end. Request the model-specific assembly instructions before installation.
Q:Which body and seal materials are supplied?
A:
The body is 100% virgin PP. NBR is the standard seal for applicable configurations; EPDM is available where specified. Tell us the fluid and temperature so the seal option can be confirmed for your order.
