The counting production line includes an electronic counting machine for accurate counting of solid particles, a bottle unscrambler to align bottle mouths, and a capping machine to seal caps. All equipment meets GMP production requirements.

Our electronic counting machine uses a high-precision optical detection system with an accuracy of more than 99.5%, and has the ability to resist dust interference to ensure stable operation.

The equipment is suitable for tablets (including special-shaped), capsules (transparent/opaque), soft capsules, and pills. It supports fast switching of different specifications without needing to replace the structure.

Functions include automatic stop when no bottle is detected, fault self-check with alarms for blockages or broken particles, and touch screen control that allows storing multiple sets of parameters for easy operation.

The production speed of the standard model can reach 25 cans/minute (depending on the particle size and bottle type). Vibration unloading and flip-plate packaging mechanisms ensure uniform discharge without damaging the medicine.
