A1: This machine is professionally customized for feed-grade magnesium sulfate, and it is also suitable for various livestock and poultry feed mineral salts, trace element additive raw materials. It is specially optimized for inorganic salt materials to solve granulation difficulties of mineral raw materials.

A2: The standard finished particle size is 20-30 mesh, with uniform particle size, good fluidity and moderate hardness. The granules will not be crushed during feed pre-mixing and packaging, fully meeting feed production standards.

A3: The whole machine adopts anti-corrosion stainless steel structure, which can effectively resist corrosion of mineral salt and brine materials. It adopts optimized wet extrusion technology to completely solve the industry pain points of loose granules, excessive dust and material sticking in traditional inorganic salt granulation.

A4: We have 3 standard models for selection: JT-WEG250 (100-200kg/h), JT-WEG300 (200-400kg/h) and JT-WEG350 (400-600kg/h). We also support full customization of equipment size and output according to customer workshop space and production requirements.
