Environmental safety is a core feature. The mill operates as a fully enclosed system and is designed to link directly with a heavy-duty pulse jet baghouse dust collector. This ensures that toxic aluminum oxide dust is continuously extracted, maintaining a clean, compliant workspace.
Q:Is this machine suitable for hot dross or cold dross?
A:
This ball mill is engineered primarily for cold dross processing. For hot dross directly raked from melting furnaces, the material must first pass through a dross cooling machine (such as a rotary cooler) to lower the temperature before entering the grinding chamber.
Q:Will the water-spray system cause environmental or dust pollution in our factory?
A:
No. The equipment is designed with strict environmental compliance in mind. It features a sealed structure with a Q235 steel environmental front hood and a stainless steel vapor extraction hood.
