Standard single ingot weight is 6.5kg, ingot dimension: 670*95*50mm. We support custom ingot weight and mould logo according to customer requirements.

Q:Can the production line work with melting furnace and holding furnace?

Yes. The line can be matched with tilting melting furnace. Molten aluminum can flow into the distributor by gravity without extra transfer equipment.

The whole line adopts PLC + touch screen control, including automatic casting, water cooling and automatic demoulding. Yaskawa GP180 stacking robot can be equipped optionally for fully automatic stacking.

Q:What kind of cooling system does the line adopt?

Circulating spray water cooling system. Customers need to prepare cooling water circulation pool on site.
