High-Performance Castable Refractory Specially for The Smelting Industry

It is mainly used for industrial furnace burners, nozzles, flame openings, high-temperature injection ports, and core parts directly scoured by flame and high-temperature airflow. It is especially suitable for high-temperature equipment such as aluminum melting furnaces, heating furnaces and smelting furnaces.

Its core advantages are high temperature resistance, excellent erosion resistance, superior thermal shock resistance, no spalling and long service life. Customized for harsh working conditions of nozzles including long-term flame impact, cold and hot alternation and high-speed airflow scouring, it solves the problems of easy cracking, peeling, rapid wear and frequent maintenance of ordinary castables.

Adopting super-grade bauxite clinker and low-cement micro-powder formula, it has scientific aggregate gradation, dense structure, low porosity, high high-temperature strength and good thermal attenuation resistance. It also has excellent airflow scouring resistance and chemical corrosion resistance, specially adapted to the high-loss working conditions of nozzles.

There is almost no cracking or peeling under normal construction and standard baking. The product has a reasonable matching thermal expansion coefficient and excellent thermal stability, which can withstand frequent cold and hot alternation in the furnace and effectively avoid damage and falling off caused by temperature stress.
