Built with Siemens PLC for precise step-pressing, GCr15 bearing steel rollers (fully CNC machined and hard chrome plated) to protect the color coating, and Cr12MoV cutting blades. All machines are CE and ISO certified, ensuring they meet the strictest international safety and quality standards for the European and global markets.

This machine is designed for high-efficiency production of classical glazed tile profiles. It features an integrated automatic hydraulic stepping system that creates the characteristic "tile" look with consistent depth and spacing. Compared to double-layer machines, this single-layer unit offers higher stability and faster production speeds for a specific profile, making it ideal for large-scale villa, pavilion, and commercial roofing projects.

The system is optimized for processing PPGI, PPGL, and Galvanized steel with a thickness range of 0.3mm to 0.8mm, utilizing precision-engineered rollers to ensure perfect forming and stepping without damaging the decorative surface coating.

We conduct 100% pre-shipment test runs using the customer's actual specified material to verify that the forming precision, stepping depth, and cutting accuracy all meet a strict tolerance of plus or minus 1.0mm under real working conditions.

We provide comprehensive OEM and ODM customization services, including 1:1 profile drawing reproduction, adjustable step heights, localized voltage configurations like 220V, 380V, or 440V, and the integration of optional modules like automatic stackers or protective film applicators.
