This is a double-layer machine designed to produce two different roofing profiles on one frame. Typically, one layer produces corrugated or trapezoidal sheets, while the other produces glazed roof tiles. We can customize the rollers to match your specific engineering drawings.
Q:Can I produce two different profiles at the same time?
A:
No. Because the two layers share a common drive motor and transmission system, you can only operate one layer at a time. However, switching between the two layers is simple and takes no extra setup time.
Q:What kind of raw materials can this machine process?
A:
The machine is optimized for Pre-painted Galvanized Steel (PPGI), Galvanized Steel (GI), and Aluminum coils with a yield strength of 235-345 MPa.
Q:What is the feeding width and effective width?
A:
The standard feeding width is 1250mm. Depending on the profile design, the effective width for the finished sheets is typically 1170mm or 1125mm, as shown in our technical drawings.
Q:What is the thickness range of the material?
A:
The machine handles material thicknesses from 0.3mm to 0.8mm. If you require a different range, we can adjust the station design during manufacturing.
