No, a double-layer machine produces one profile at a time to ensure stability and cutting precision. However, it allows you to have two machines' functions in one footprint, saving 50% of your factory space.

Our standard double-layer machine is optimized for thicknesses between 0.3mm and 0.8mm. We can also customize rollers for high-tensile or thicker materials upon request.
Q:What is the forming speed of the machine?
A:
The stable production speed is 15-20 meters per minute (excluding cutting time). We also offer high-speed versions (up to 40m/min) with fly-cutting systems.
Q:How do you ensure the precision of the cutting length?
A:
We use high-precision Omron encoders and a Delta PLC system. The length tolerance is strictly controlled within 1.0mm.
Q:Is the voltage customizable for my country?
A:
Absolutely. While the standard is 380V/50HZ/3P, we can customize the motors and electrical components for 220V, 415V, 440V, or 480V at 50Hz or 60Hz.
