No, the two layers share the same motor and drive system. You can only produce one profile at a time. This design is focused on saving space and costs rather than simultaneous production.
Q:What profiles can this double-layer machine produce?
A:
We can combine any two profiles according to your needs, such as IBR + Corrugated, Trapezoidal + Glazed Tile. Simply provide your drawings.
Q:What is the cutting tolerance of the machine?
A:
Thanks to our high-precision encoder and PLC system, the cutting length tolerance is strictly controlled within 1.0mm.
Q:Is the shaft solid or hollow?
A:
We use 100% solid 45# steel shafts. Compared to hollow shafts, they provide much better torque resistance and won't deform even after years of high-intensity production.
Q:How do I switch production between the top and bottom layers?
A:
It is very simple. You can switch the production mode via the PLC touch screen and manually adjust the material feeding guide. It takes less than 2 minutes.
