The rollers are crafted from premium GCr15 bearing steel, CNC-machined and vacuum-quenched for high hardness. This ensures precise profiles, smooth surfaces, and zero scratching on the finished sheets
The machine base is constructed from 350-400mm high-grade H-beam steel, providing superior structural rigidity and ensuring ultra-stable performance during high-speed operation.
Equipped with industrial-grade PLC (Delta/Siemens) supporting multi-language interfaces (English, Spanish, Russian, etc.) for fully automated batch production and easy operation.
Features Cr12MoV mold steel blades with hydraulic driving. It delivers clean, burr-free cuts and implements "Zero-Waste Cutting" logic to minimize raw material loss.
Engineered for high-output environments, the production line reaches speeds of 8-12 meters per minute, ensuring fast delivery for large-scale projects.
Compatible with a wide range of materials, including color-coated steel, galvanized sheets, and aluminum coils with thicknesses ranging from 0.3mm to 0.8mm.
All rollers are coated with a hard chrome layer (>0.05mm), significantly enhancing wear and corrosion resistance for a longer service life in humid environments.
