Synchronized chain-and-sprocket transmission across all forming stations ensures uniform torque delivery.Consistent rib height and wave pitch across the full 1.2m coil width.
Top-mounted motor drives reservoir and orange cooling fan system. Maintains stable oil temperature during continuous shearing cycles zero pressure drop, zero downtime in bulk production.
Custom-machined cutting die follows the exact trapezoidal and corrugated profile geometry. Burr-free, clean-cut ends every stroke sheets stack flat without manual edge trimming.
Processes standard 1220mm GI/PPGI coils, 0.3-0.8mm. Backed by CNAS, IAF, SGS and CE certifications. One machine, two roof profiles ready for export and domestic markets alike.
