Our wall panels are primarily made from High-Quality Wood Plastic Composite (WPC). The surface is co-extruded with a premium ASA/PP layer for enhanced weather resistance, UV protection, and a more realistic wood grain texture. This combination ensures superior durability compared to pure plastic or wood products.
Q:Is it completely waterproof and suitable for rainy/snowy climates?
A:
Yes, absolutely. Our WPC wall cladding is 100% waterproof and moisture-proof. It will not swell, rot, or warp like real wood, making it perfectly suited for heavy rain, snow, and humid climates. This is one of its biggest advantages over traditional timber.
Q:How does it handle extreme sun and UV exposure? Will the color fade?
A:
The ASA surface layer contains high-quality UV inhibitors. This significantly reduces color fading. While all colors may experience minimal fading over many years (which is natural for any material), our panels are engineered to retain their color and appearance far longer than standard PVC or untreated wood, typically for over 15 years.
Q:How is it installed? Is the installation complicated?

Installation is very simple and saves significant labor costs. Our panels feature an easy click-lock system on the sides. They can be easily cut with a standard wood saw and are installed onto a wooden or metal batten frame using screws or nails. No special tools or skills are needed.
