Can we add a logo on a dropshipping order?

Yes, why not? A logo helps the seller build their image and benefits both the seller and us.

What do we need to do if the customer did not get the package?

If it is a logistic problem causing non-arrival, we will reship one item.

How to handle if the customer gets defective goods?

We inspect 100% of goods before shipping and provide a 10-day guarantee. For functional problems, we reship; for non-functional issues, we provide partial compensation.

How long is the shipping time?

It depends on the country. For example, Germany takes 5-10 days, while Canada needs about 30 days. Please communicate with us for specific details.
