Mine ventilation fans are categorized by explosion-proof capability (Explosion-Proof Type like BK, FBCDZ vs Standard Type like K) and structural design (Standard Type with single impeller vs Counter-rotating Type with dual-impeller/dual-motor or dual-impeller/single-motor designs).

When setting speed regulation, avoid mechanical critical speeds to prevent damage. Match drive characteristics with load characteristics for optimal performance. Maintain operational speed between 70% and 100% of rated speed; operating below 40%-50% significantly reduces efficiency and is uneconomical.

Ventilation fans apply to industrial furnace ventilation (high pressure), boiler ventilation (forced/induced draft), mine ventilation (main/auxiliary fans), and general ventilation for factories and buildings. They are used for air circulation, dust extraction, and heating in sectors like mining, metallurgy, and chemical industries.

Disconnect power and remove the control panel. Unscrew bolts to remove the filter screen or cooling pads. Rinse pads with clean water without chemicals or high pressure. Backflush the spray pipe, rinse the base pan, reinstall pads, and wait 5 minutes before reconnecting power.

Available models include DK40-6 and DK40-8 series with rotational speeds of 980 or 730 r/min, power ranging from 37kW to 200kW, airflow from 18.2 to 150.4 m3/s, and full pressure from 306 to 3312 Pa.
