Product Q&A

Q:Are all three products manufactured by your own factory?

Yes. We own independent workshops for PVC decorative film, PVC edge banding and hot melt adhesive without outsourcing. The formulas are matched together to avoid color difference and degumming issues.

Q:Can I mix PVC film, edge banding and hot melt glue into one container?

Definitely. We support mixed loading in 20GP / 40HQ containers, which helps you reduce logistics costs.

Q:Do you have international environmental certificates for customs clearance?

Yes. We have SGS, RoHS, REACH, California Prop65 and halogen-free test reports, meeting standards for EU, USA, Southeast Asia and Middle East markets.

Q:Can you do OEM / ODM service?

Yes. Custom patterns, customized glue formulas, neutral export packing and private brand labels are all available.

Q:What are your payment terms?

We accept 30% T/T deposit, balance against copy of Bill of Lading. Sight L/C is negotiable for large orders.
