Q:What is the lead time for the machine?

For our standard models, the typical delivery time is 45 working days. However, if you require a customized machine tailored to your specific needs, the production time will be approximately 60 to 75 working days.
Q:What are the terms of your warranty?
A:
We provide a one-year warranty for the entire machine, excluding any issues caused by improper manual operation. Additionally, we offer free lifetime online after-sales support. Please note that while online support is complimentary, on-site debugging services requested after the initial installation will incur a fee.
Q:What payment methods do you accept?
A:
We accept T/T, Irrevocable L/C, and D/P. Our standard payment term requires a 30% deposit upon signing the contract, with the remaining 70% balance paid before shipment. However, we are open to negotiation and can agree to retain a 10% balance to be paid after the machine has been successfully installed and inspected.

The machine accommodates slitting widths from 15mm to 450mm with a maximum working width of 450mm.
