They are usually used together: PAC for primary coagulation, PAM for auxiliary flocculation and sludge dewatering, with better comprehensive treatment effect.

The high-purity white drinking water-grade PAC has low heavy metal and low residual aluminum content, complying with drinking water safety standards, which can be safely used for tap water and domestic drinking water purification. Yellow industrial-grade PAC is specially for industrial wastewater and not applicable for drinking water scenarios.
