When quality problems arise, how should we handle them?

If there are quality issues, the customer will need to bring over 3 to 5 of the damaged products. Then we will take a look at the problem. If it is indeed an issue with our accessories, then under normal circumstances, we will provide them for free. For small batches, we usually follow the shipment of the next batch of goods. For large batches with issues, we may ask them to return the goods, and we will cover all return shipping fees and product costs for free.
