Generally, our warranty is 12 Months. Within the warranty period, we can offer technical support and part parts change, however, due to flight restrictions during the special period. How to install and use the product?

All our machines leave the factory with the default settings. You need only plug on the power and test the machine and there you go! The product is shipped with operating instructions and a video of the English version. Meanwhile, if you need a virtual assistant during the installation, we will help you by video conferencing.
