Q:Where is your factory located and can I visit?

Our factory is located in Rui'an City, Zhejiang Province, China, about one hour by air from Shanghai. Clients from home or abroad are warmly welcome to visit us.

Q:Do you have a CE certificate?

Yes, every model of machine we produce has a CE certificate.

Q:What are the payment terms?

Our payment terms are 50% T/T in advance before production, and the balance 50% should be paid before delivery.

Q:What is the warranty period and does it include training?

We usually give customers a one-year warranty for spare parts. If an engineer needs to go abroad for installation and training, the customer will bear all expenses.
