AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryRuian Jingda Printing Machinery Co., Ltd. offers flexo label printing machinery and operates within a business scope covering devices, second-category medical device sales, special textile equipment, and machinery sales. It demonstrates broad customization and ODM capabilities, OEM experience for popular brands, raw-material traceability, and 100% finished-product inspection. However, its quality organization has only one quality assurance/control inspector, and procedures for supplier assessment, corrective actions, and complaint handling lack written records. Overseas support is limited: it has no overseas agents, branches, warehouse, showroom, or reported overseas-service countries. Innovation evidence is weak because no new products were developed in the past year and no SDK is available. Manufacturing capacity is not supported by a valid contract with associated subcontractors. The provided SGS audit record is dated July 18, 2023 to July 17, 2024, with an evaluation result of 0; the slices do not...

Supplier typeThe supplier is identified as Ruian Jingda Printing Machinery Co., Ltd., with flexo label printing machines as its primary offered product. Its stated business scope also includes devices, second-category medical device sales, special textile equipment, and machinery sales.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier supports multiple payment and quotation terms and reports lead times within 15 workdays in both peak and off-seasons. However, it has no overseas agents, branches, warehouse, showroom, or reported overseas-service countries, while complaint-handling and corrective-action procedures have no written records.

Production capacityProduction-related strengths include 100% finished-product inspection, raw-material traceability, in-stock capability, and reported lead times within 15 workdays year-round. A material weakness is that the factory and associated subcontractors do not have a valid manufacturing-capacity contract; quality governance is also supported by only one quality assurance/control inspector.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers customization from samples, customization from designs, full customization, minor customization, and flexible customization, and also provides ODM services. These statements directly support broad product customization capability.
