Q:Are you a manufacturer?

Yes, we are. We accept customized orders.
Q:What is the delivery time?
A:
It is about 90 days after receiving deposit by T/T for production lines, and 15-30 days for other machines such as gravity casting machines or hydraulic power units.
Q:What are the payment terms?
A:
It is 50% deposit, balance 50% paid before delivery. Alternatively, a 4:7 ratio is also accepted.
Q:How to install the equipment?
A:
For the production line, after the goods reach you, we will arrange engineers and other workers (about 3 persons) to the customer's factory to install, test, train, and try production. The customer needs to cover all these workers' fees. For single machines, we will provide an installation video.
Q:What is the warranty period?
A:
It is one year for main components such as motor, solenoid valve, PLC, and oil cylinder. For other consumables, we will prepare spare parts such as sealing rings.
