The standard model covers a processing capacity of 50-400 tons per hour. We can customize the screen aperture, deck angle, and vibration parameters based on your mining scale, material particle size, and moisture content. We also support adjusting the equipment dimensions to fit your on-site installation space.
Q:Can the voltage and frequency of the equipment be adapted to our local power grid?
A:
We support customization for all major global industrial voltages, including 380V/50Hz (China/Southeast Asia), 415V/50Hz (Australia/parts of Africa), 480V/60Hz (North America), etc. We can also configure versions driven by diesel engines upon request, fully adapting to remote mining sites without a stable power grid.

We provide a 1-year warranty for the whole machine with free technical guidance. Wearing parts are available for global shipping, and we also provide detailed maintenance manuals and replacement videos to ensure quick on-site operation.
Q:How is the equipment transported and installed? Is it suitable for sea export?

The equipment is packed in fumigated plywood cases with steel frame reinforcement, fully compliant with international sea freight standards, and can be shipped directly to overseas ports such as Nigeria, Indonesia, and Liberia.
