Q:What is your approximate monthly production capacity?
A:
The monthly production capacity of stamping parts is approximately 5 million pieces, and that of molds is 80 to 100 sets.
Q:How do you ensure product quality?
A:
We manage through the ISO 9001:2015 system, with strict control at every stage from incoming material inspection, first piece confirmation to process inspection and final shipment inspection (FQC). The main testing equipment includes three-coordinate measuring machines, hardness testers, salt spray testing machines, etc.
Q:What is the dimensional tolerance you can control within?
A:
Stamping parts can usually reach +/-0.1mm, and precision dies can be controlled within +/-0.02mm.
Q:Could you provide free samples?
A:
Regular in-stock samples can be provided free of charge, with shipping fees collected upon delivery. Customized samples will be charged a sample-making fee based on the complexity of the process, which can be refunded after a formal order is placed.
