AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryJODA Wellness is identified as a Chinese sauna manufacturing factory in Jiangsu, with stated professional technical supplier status, 3D design, OEM, ODM, and broad customization capabilities. Its quality system includes raw-material traceability, 100% finished-product inspection, five quality inspectors, quality assurance, and documented corrective-action and complaint-handling procedures. The supplier has in-stock capacity and after-sales support, but lacks overseas agents or branches, overseas warehouses and showrooms, and reported participation in offline trade shows. Innovation evidence is mixed: ODM and design services are available, but no new product was reported in the past year and no SDK is available. Manufacturing-contract coverage with related subcontractors is explicitly deficient. Financial credibility cannot be assessed because the slices provide years rather than financial performance data. No certification holding or customer case details are provided.

Supplier typeThe supplier is described as JODA Wellness, a manufacturer of premium saunas based in China, while the company is classified as a factory in Xuzhou, Jiawang District, Jiangsu, with associated companies in manufacturing. This directly supports classification as a manufacturing supplier.

After-Sales capabilityThe company background states that it provides after-sales support, and it has documented procedures and records for corrective and preventive actions and customer complaints. However, it has no overseas agents or branches, offers overseas services in zero countries, and only lists debugging as an overseas service, indicating that international coverage is limited.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports professional technical R&D capability, 3D software design, ODM service, and broad design support. Countervailing evidence shows no available SDK and no new product during the past year, so capability exists but recent product innovation and software-development resources are limited.

Production capacityThe supplier is a manufacturing factory with in-stock capacity, raw-material traceability, 100% finished-product inspection, five quality inspectors, quality assurance, and documented supplier-management procedures. However, it explicitly lacks a valid manufacturing contract with related subcontractors, which is a control weakness.

Customization capabilityThe supplier supports customization from samples and designs, full, minor, and flexible customization, and also provides ODM and OEM services for well-known brands. These explicit offerings demonstrate broad customization capability.
