We are a professional manufacturer engaged in the research and development, production and sales of precision gear pumps. Our factory has passed ISO9001-2015, SGS on-site verification, CE and ROSH certification.
Q:What is your MOQ?
A:
There is no MOQ requirement, but the price will be gradient adjusted according to the MOQ size.
Q:How can I get free samples?
A:
Free samples are available for some products. Customers need to provide relevant product application scenario video, developed equipment pictures, installation location structure 3D drawing, and the progress of the new project. Customers need to pay logistics costs.
Q:What is your lead time?
A:
We have enough stock for conventional pump head, it can be send in 3 days, special non-standard pump head takes 15-20 days. Some motors are in stock, please consult our sales engineers.
Q:What is your warranty and after-sales service policy?
A:
Warranty for all products is 12 months from delivery. If the warranty period of the pump failure, you can contact our sales engineers, send the pump back to the factory testing, we will take photos, issue inspection report and quote for related parts costs.
