Warranty for all products is 12 months from delivery. If the pump fails within the warranty period, you can contact our sales engineers to send the pump back for testing.

Q:What is the lead time for orders?

We have enough stock for conventional pump heads, which can be sent in 3 days. Special non-standard pump heads take 15-20 days. Some motors are also in stock.

Q:What is the maximum pressure the pump can withstand?

The conventional pump head system has a pressure resistance of 4MPa, and some pump head systems have a pressure resistance of 6MPa. The pressure difference between inlet and outlet is more than 25bar.

Q:Can the pump transport media with solid particles?
