Q:What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

There is no MOQ requirement, but the price will be gradient adjusted according to the MOQ size.
Q:How can I get a free sample?
A:
Free samples are available for some products. To obtain them, customers need to provide relevant product application scenario video, developed equipment pictures, installation location structure 3D drawing, and the progress of the new project. Customers need to pay logistics costs.
Q:What is your lead time?
A:
We have enough stock for conventional pump heads, which can be sent in 3 days. Special non-standard pump heads take 15-20 days. Some motors are also in stock.
Q:What is your warranty and after-sales service policy?
A:
Warranty for all products is 12 months from delivery. If the pump fails during the warranty period, you can contact our sales engineers to send the pump back to the factory for testing. We will take photos, issue an inspection report, and quote for related parts costs.
