Free samples are available for some products. Free samples are available for select products. To qualify for free samples, customers must provide a video of the product application scenario, images of the developed equipment, a 3D drawing of the installation location structure, and progress details of the new project. All provided information will be kept strictly confidential. Please note that logistics costs for free samples will need to be covered by the customer.

1. For conventional pump heads, we maintain sufficient stock and can dispatch within 3-7 days. Custom, non-standard pump heads require a lead time of 15-20 days. 2. We stock a range of motors, including branded AC motors, Delta servo/stepper motors, and brushless motors. For availability, please consult our sales engineers.

Our pumps come with a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery. Should any issues arise within the warranty period, please contact our sales engineers. Return the pump for factory testing, and we will provide photos, an inspection report, and a quote for any necessary parts.
