7 years for structure; 3 years on the spa shell, 2 years for electrical motor, control system and plumbing.

Regards to after sales service, would you supply the spare parts if broken ?

First, pls send us photos or videos so that we can analyze the problems and avoid them happen next time. Second, if it is a non-human damaged spare part, we will provide the free spare parts to you.
