Q:What customization can you offer? Can we print our logo?

Logo engraving/silk-print, tile pattern, color, gift box packaging are supported. Unique mold requires one-off mold charge. Please provide AI/PDF vector artwork.
Q:What materials for mahjong tiles?
A:
Melamine, acrylic are available. Melamine is durable & cost-effective; acrylic features premium transparent look. Ivory or protected animal-derived materials are not available for export.
Q:What is bulk production lead-time?
A:
Stock items ship within 7 working days. Standard bulk orders normally take 15-25 working days after PI confirmation and deposit receipt.
Final lead time depends on order volume and customization requirements, will be confirmed formally on Proforma Invoice.
Q:Can I order replacement tiles only?
A:
Replacement tiles are available for previous orders, buyer pays tile production cost and freight.
