PVC Floor Marking Tape Solid Color Durable Adhesive Industrial Safety Aisle Marking

Our tape is manufactured from high-grade, heavy-duty Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) film. This material is chosen for its excellent flexibility, durability, and resistance to abrasion, moisture, and common industrial chemicals.

We use a high-tack rubber-based pressure-sensitive adhesive. This ensures a strong immediate bond to most floor surfaces while allowing for clean removal without leaving significant residue behind.

While standard PVC tape is excellent for foot traffic and light equipment, heavy forklift traffic with pivoting wheels can cause wear over time. For areas with constant heavy machinery movement, we recommend our 'Extra Durable' range which features beveled edges to prevent lifting.

For optimal adhesion, the floor must be clean, dry, and free of oil, grease, or dust. We recommend cleaning the area with a degreaser or isopropyl alcohol and allowing it to dry completely before applying the tape.

After applying the tape, use a weighted roller or apply firm pressure along the entire length. This 'wets' the adhesive to the surface and removes air bubbles. For corners, we recommend using pre-cut corner shapes or overlapping and 'butt-cutting' the tape to prevent lifting at the joints.
