Only one operator is needed. Despite its massive 16,500 kg weight, the machine is designed for high automation. It comes with a 24V industrial remote control with an effective range of 80 meters. The operator can control all functions-including the hydraulic folding of the 12-meter discharge conveyor and the feeding speed-from the safety of a loader cabin, significantly reducing labor costs and enhancing site safety.

Absolutely. The output particle size is highly flexible. You can choose between 14 or 20 knives/hammers on the rotor and adjust the hydraulic feeding speed to control the chip size. Currently, 90% of the output is guaranteed to be < 100mm, which is the international standard for most biomass power plant boilers. For finer requirements, the feeding speed can be slowed down to increase the cutting frequency.
