Special Material Capability: L80-9Cr, L80-13Cr, T95, P110 and other project-specific or corrosion-resistant grades can be evaluated according to size, wall thickness, quantity and service conditions.
Authorized Premium Connection Machining: API and selected premium connections can be machined within the applicable authorization scope using approved drawings, dedicated gauges and controlled procedu
Precision CNC Threading: Dedicated CNC lathes provide controlled machining of thread profile, taper, lead, thread length, end face and applicable sealing features.

Customer-Specified Mill Selection: Pipe material can be matched to customer requirements, end-user approved mill lists, country-of-origin conditions and project specifications.
Complete Thread Inspection: Thread profile, lead, taper, dimensions and functional gauge results are verified using dedicated thread gauges, measuring tools and optical inspection equipment.
Full Material Traceability: Each finished casing or tubing product can be linked to its original mill certificate, heat number, machining batch, inspection record and product identification.
Flexible Project Configuration: Casing and tubing can be supplied in R1, R2, R3 or specified lengths, with plain-end, threaded or threaded-and-coupled configurations.
