High-quality forgings are selected through external observation (checking dimensions, surface defects like cracks or bubbles) and internal testing (analyzing chemical composition, mechanical properties, and using specialized instruments to detect internal fractures or shrinkage).

The process includes pier roughening, elongation, punching, and expanding. Free forging uses a horse screw for expanding holes, while ring rolling uses rolling. Both methods aim to shape the metal efficiently.

The tensile strength is >=600 Mpa, with a yield strength of >=355 Mpa, ensuring high strength and durability for structural parts.
