Forging transforms solid metal into a new shape through plastic deformation, while casting involves pouring molten liquid metal into a mold to solidify. Forging improves mechanical properties by refining grain structure, whereas casting is suitable for complex shapes but may have lower strength.

Select forgings by checking external dimensions, surface defects (cracks, wrinkles), and internal properties via chemical composition analysis and mechanical testing (tensile strength, hardness, ductility). Look for certifications and flaw detection reports.

The process includes pier roughening, elongation, punching, and expanding. Free forging uses a horse screw for hole expansion, while ring rolling uses rolling. This ensures dense metal structure and high strength.

We offer customization for various alloys including C45, 42CrMo, and other carbon or alloy steels. Specific chemical compositions can be adjusted to meet ASTM, AISI, DIN, JIS, or BS standards.
