Quality is verified through external observation for surface defects like cracks or wrinkles, and internal testing for chemical composition, mechanical properties, and structural integrity using specialized instruments.

The process includes pier roughening, elongation, punching, and expanding. Free forging uses a horse screw for expanding holes, while ring rolling uses rolling.

The product is made from 45# structural carbon steel, which contains 0.42-0.50% Carbon, 0.50-0.80% Manganese, and other elements ensuring high hardness and wear resistance.
