Q:How is your factory production capability?
A:
We can produce 12,000 sets of sinks per month. JSD Sink Factory is equipped with a comprehensive production line. If customers have such a need, we can also add a second production line.

Our kitchen sink factory with system management method and have our own quality inspection team, which pays attention to the quality issues of each production process.We have established a four-level sink quality inspection system of "IQC - IPQC - FQC - OQC". And we will regularly conduct quality training for the QC team. For each after-sales feedback put forward by customers, we will comprehensively summarize it and use it for QC training to raise the QC's quality requirements for the products.
