Q:What is the lead time for molds?
A:
For most molds, the normal lead time is 45 to 60 working days (excluding Chinese official holidays) after deposit received and mold drawings approved.
Q:How can I approve samples?
A:
1) You can come to our factory to see the mold testing directly. 2) We can send samples by DHL, TNT, Fedex, and send mold running video and molding parts dimension inspection report to you by email.
Q:What is the after-sales service policy?
A:
We provide 1 year under normal use procedure. Spare parts which are non-man made damaged will be offered for free within one year, and you can contact us at any time if you need help.
