We will send a quotation within 24 hours on working days if we receive detailed information. Please provide: 1) Step 3D file and 2D drawing, 2) Material requirement, 3) Surface treatment, 4) Quantity (per Order/per Month/Year), and 5) Any special needs like packing, label, or delivery.

What should we do if we receive defective products?

If you receive defective products, please send us photos. We will feedback to our engineers and QC department and solve the problems as soon as possible.

How do you pack the molds and products?

For molds, we coat them with anti-rust oil, apply a thin film, and pack them into fumigation wooden cases. For products, we pack them into standard export cartons or according to customer requests.

Yes, we mainly do customized products and develop/produce them according to drawings or samples provided by customers.

How will the goods be delivered to customers?

Usually, we ship by sea as we are close to Shanghai port. For urgent goods, we can also ship by air since Shanghai International Airport is very close to us.

What is the normal cooperation process?

1. We need drawings to quote. 2. You accept the quotation, sign the contract, and pay 50% of the mold cost; we start making the mold and samples. 3. You approve samples and pay the remaining 50% mold cost. 4. You send PO and pay in advance; we arrange production and shipment. 5. You pay the balance. 6. Receive products and provide feedback.
