Q:What is HMR MDF?

HMR MDF stands for Humidity Resistant Medium Density Fibreboard, also called green core MR MDF. It is treated with moisture-resistant additives during production, for use in high-humidity indoor environments.

Q:Is HMR MDF fully waterproof?

No. It is humidity/moisture resistant, NOT fully waterproof. It can resist damp air, but cannot be soaked in water for a long time.

Q:What sizes and thicknesses are available?

Standard size 1220*2440mm ~2100*2800mm, custom sizes various thicknesses 3mm ~25mm are acceptable,. OEM orders supported

Q:What is your packing method?

Standard export packing: panels stacked on fumigated wooden pallets, wrapped with waterproof PE film, fitted with edge protectors to avoid corner damage.

Q:What about formaldehyde emission grade?
