Q:Are you a factory?
A:
Yes, we are a factory established in 2013. We started producing disk feeders in 1995 when we were named Jiangsu Quanneng Machinery Co., LTD.
Q:What are the terms of payment?
A:
30% of the total amount by TT as deposit, the balance to be paid by TT or irrevocable L/C at sight before the machines leave the seller's factory.
Q:What is the time for preparation of goods?
A:
The machines shall be ready for delivery within 70 days from the date of receiving the deposit or L/C, excluding the time of waiting for shipment.
Q:What is the guarantee period?
A:
The guarantee period is twelve months from the date of putting into use, but not exceeding twenty-four months after the machines leave the seller's factory. It does not apply to quick wear parts.
Q:Can I know the status of my order?
A:
Yes. We will send you information and photos at different production stages of your order. Every step will be sent to you in time.
