We use high-quality materials from certified mills, including stainless steel (AISI 304, 304L, 316, 316L), carbon steel, galvanized steel, aluminum, copper, and brass, all with mill test certificates.
Q:Do you accept custom sizes and patterns?
A:
Yes, we specialize in custom orders. You can provide your own drawings or specifications for hole diameter, pitch, open area, and dimensions, and our engineering team will confirm feasibility.
Q:Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
A:
Yes, we provide free samples of standard products (buyer pays shipping). For custom items, a small refundable sample fee applies upon confirmation of a formal order.
Q:What payment methods do you accept?
A:
We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% balance against B/L copy), L/C at sight, and for small amounts under USD 5,000, Western Union or PayPal.
Q:How are products packaged for export?
A:
Wire mesh is wound on spools and wrapped in moisture-proof film. Sheets are strapped on fumigated wooden pallets with edge protectors. All wooden packaging is ISPM-15 certified.
