Q:Do you accept custom sizes and patterns?

Yes, we specialize in custom orders. You can provide your own drawings or specifications for hole diameter, pitch, open area, dimensions, and weaves. Our team will confirm feasibility and produce samples if needed.
Q:Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
A:
Yes, we provide free samples of standard products (buyer pays shipping). For custom items, a small refundable sample fee applies upon confirmation of a formal order.
Q:What payment methods do you accept?
A:
We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% balance against B/L copy), L/C at sight, and for small amounts under USD 5,000, Western Union or PayPal.
Q:How are products packaged for export?
A:
Wire mesh is wound on spools and wrapped in moisture-proof film. Sheets are interleaved with paper and strapped on fumigated wooden pallets. All wooden packaging is ISPM-15 certified.
