Q:What materials do you use for your metal mesh and perforated sheets?

We use high-quality materials from certified mills, including stainless steel (AISI 304, 304L, 316, 316L), carbon steel (mild steel), galvanized steel, aluminum, copper, and brass. All materials come with mill test certificates (MTC) per EN 10204 3.1.

Q:Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes. We provide free samples of standard products (buyer pays shipping cost). For custom-made items, we charge a small sample fee which is refundable upon confirmation of a formal order.

Q:What payment methods do you accept?

We accept: *T/T (bank transfer): 30% deposit, 70% balance against copy of Bill of Lading. *L/C (letter of credit): at sight, irrevocable. *For small amounts (< USD 5,000), we also accept Western Union or PayPal.

Q:How do you package the products for export?

Each product is packed according to its shape and fragility: Wire mesh: wound on plastic/wooden spools, wrapped in moisture-proof film, then carton or plywood case. Sheets/panels: interleaved with paper, strapped on fumigated wooden pallets with edge protectors. All wooden packaging is ISPM-15 certified for international shipping.
