Oval Gear Flow Meter Positive Displacement Flowmeter 0.5% Accuracy Pulse 4-20mA RS485 LCD Display Flanged DN10-DN200

It is a positive displacement (volumetric) flowmeter used for continuous or intermittent measurement of liquid flow in pipelines. A pair of oval gear rotors is driven by the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet; each full rotation displaces exactly four times the crescent cavity volume, so total flow is calculated from the number of rotations. The rotation is transmitted through a sealed coupling to a counter or transmitter for local display and remote control.

The standard accuracy is 0.5%, and a high-precision version with 0.2% accuracy is available. Every meter is factory-calibrated with diesel oil in accordance with the national metrological verification regulation JJG667-2010 before shipment.

It suits petroleum, chemical, chemical fiber, food, pharmaceutical, transportation and commercial metering applications. Standard models measure liquids from 0.6 to 200 mPa.s, while high-viscosity models extend the range up to 1000 to 2000 mPa.s, covering lube oil, fuel oil, resin and other thick media.

Iron casting models support a nominal pressure of 1.6 MPa. Cast steel and stainless steel models are available at 1.6, 2.5, 4.0 or 6.3 MPa to match your pipeline conditions.

Options include mechanical pointer display (with or without reset), LCD display (instantaneous flow, cumulative flow, 4-20mA, pulse and RS485), MF 4-20mA analog output (two-wire or three-wire), and GF-I/GF-II photoelectric pulse transmitters. Working voltage is DC12/24V and transmission distance reaches up to 1000 m.
